Orval Trappist Chalice — 33cl

Description

Orval make exactly one beer, and it is unlike anything else — dry-hopped and fermented with Brettanomyces, so a fresh bottle and a three-year-old bottle taste like different drinks. The glass is a squat, wide chalice with a heavy base.

That wide opening earns its keep here more than with most trappists: Brett develops a lot of aroma, and a broad surface releases it as the beer warms. 33cl.
